Presenters & Performers – 2015
When it is raining, it is because she is sad.
Even her parrot’s advice is insightful.
If there were an interesting gland, hers would be larger than most men’s entire lower intestines.
Her blouses never wrinkle.
She is left-handed. And right-handed.
Even if she forgets to put postage on her mail, it gets there.
She once knew a call was a wrong number, even though the person on the other end wouldn’t admit it.
You can see her energy from space.
The police often question her, just because they find her interesting.
If a monument was built in her honor, Mt. Rushmore would close, due to poor attendance.
She once buried a time capsule full of things that haven’t happened yet.
She has been pronounced dead 7 times…make that 8.
Her bear hugs are actually hugs she gives to bears.
She can’t be bought, but locks of her hair have been know to show up on auction.
She has never had a run in her stockings
She changed her sex because she was bored
If she disagrees with you, it is because you are wrong.
SHE IS THE MOST INTERESTING WOMAN IN THE WORLD

Marysia Walcerz has been practicing circus arts since the tender age of 9, where a chance encounter with three juggling balls and a hat in Amsterdam opened up the world of busking and making things airborne. Starting in the world of juggling as a teenager, Marysia moved from object manipulation to fire spinning and flow arts when she started college and began practicing with Soul Fire Tribe in Yellow Springs, OH. Later in Olympia, she moved up and into the air when she began training aerials under the tutelage of the Tallhouse Arts Consortium. Ms. Joanne has been in the sex industry in various forms for three decades. My career began in the pre internet era. Ms. Joanne will be speaking on the Sex Worker Perspective discussion panel on Sunday Dec 14th.

For Savannah Sly, sex work isn’t just a job…it’s an anthropological vantage point into the hidden undercurrents of politics, identity, economics, and of course, and of course, human sexuality. As a career sex worker with 10+ years of experience, Savannah has made a point of exploring every nook and cranny of the adult industry as she can wiggle her way into, engaging the people she meets with compassionate curiosity and a desire to understand what draws people to the vast and dynamic field of erotic commerce. Savannah believes that criminalized prohibition of certain activities (drugs, abortions, sexual expression, etc.) is a detrimental means of governing complex human behaviors, and believes that open dialog, education, and a re-evaluation of our capitalistic values are the best means of improving the quality of life for all people. Savannah is one of the SASS coordinators, and will also be performing her salutes to sex workers in the form of song at SASS Speaks on Friday, Dec 12th.

He has performed all over the United States and currently lives in that most emerald of cities, Seattle. Sean will be amping up the audience as the MC at SASS Speaks on Friday Dec 12.

A long and varied performance history boasts a performance in the first Nerdlesque Festival as well as the Ultimate Grand Supreme winner of the 2014 Seattle Burlesque Games. Lavishly accurate. Her ideas? Nearly infinite. Her cheese biscuits? Famous in the Seattle burlesque scene. Her hair? Really, really, ridiculously red. She creates fanfiction on stage with nearly every act… And she can probably kill you with her brain. Scarlett will be strutting her stuff at the Sunday Show Blues & Burlesque Fundraiser on Dec 14th!
